Went for V55 for my motorcycle. Very patient, courteous and friendly staff. Explained the process in detail and very accomodating. Setting up the appointment was a breeze. I had to change the appointment numerous times as the MOT did not get done in time and they did not mind rescheduling it numerous time.

Angela is helpful and hardworking! I had a seamless experience. Only feedback is to kindly consider adding the building number to the address, for those of us who are navigationally impaired. Thank you!
