Date-CAC, Valid driving licence, Civ/ctr after first year need componence stamp in passport Vehicle - V5C/new keeper slip, proof of road tax, certificate of Insurance
A copy of orders will be needed. Turn in 3 AF FORM 435/Driving fuel permit. All proper documentation for appropriate disposal of Tax-Free and Tax Paid vehicles (if registered). Individuals that are scrapping a Tax-Free vehicle must notify the Pass and Registration Office for proper disposal of vehicle. If selling a Tax-Free vehicle, a Vehicle Transfer Form must be accomplished through the Pass and Registration Office. Both seller and buyer must be present with vehicle registration and ID cards. If shipping a vehicle a 3AF FORM 430 must be accomplished by our office for appropriate export. Individuals must have vehicle registration and valid up to date ID card.
